S-cripture:

Psalm 111:1
Praise the Lord. I will extol the Lord with all my heart in the council of the upright and in the assembly.

O-bservation:

Here King David became overwhelmed with the desire to praise the Lord no matter what. He said I will praise him with everything I’ve got within me. He said I will praise him when the leaders gather together for business. I will forever promote the praise of my God. It was always on this great man’s heart that, “It’s Time To Praise The Lord.”

A-pplication:

This AM, I’m sitting in my prayer study, reminiscing over all the Lord has done in my life. I’m thinking about the following: My wife, my children, my grandchildren, my parents, my upbringing, the places I’ve lived, the people I’ve met, the nations I’ve visited, the church I serve, the gifts I’ve received, the good health I’ve enjoyed, the roof over my head, food to eat today, my friends, the sky, the trees, and because of all of that, and that’s just a few of the things, I say, with King David, “It’s Time To Praise The Lord.”

P-rayer:

Dear Jesus,

This AM, that’s an extremely short list of all the things I’m grateful for and reasons why I praise you today and everyday. Seriously every day of my life, I’m ready to say, “It’s Time To Praise The Lord!” Amen
