Here’s Your 90 second AM Devotional!

S-cripture:

Luke 2:52

And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.

O-bservation:

Luke, the same writer who traveled with the Apostle Paul and wrote the book of Acts, tells us that Jesus as a young man grew in stature and wisdom and in favor with God and man.

A-pplication:

The word stature in this case, has to do with a person’s reputation. As it relates to Jesus, His reputation centered around His Godly character. Any person who develops Godly character has learned to manage their moral choices. With that kind of discipline, wisdom follows. You can probably count on one hand the people you know with sound moral character and wisdom.
The people I’m thinking of all have “Real Favor,” with God and man.

Dear Jesus,

I’m asking once again this AM for “Real Divine Favor.” Amen
